Classes

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Children's Classes: Our children's classes range from 8 to 13 years old. Classes will be taught concentrating on personal self defense, building confidence and a positive self image in a safe fun environment. Other activities held for the children include:

Grading : Setting goals will bring out children's special qualities creating a sense of achievement.

Competition : They can channel excessive energy safely, learning how to respect themselves and others.

 

Beginners Class :You don't have to be fit to start our classes, you can pace yourself, focusing towards building your fitness levels with basic techniques, progressing quickly on to the next stage

Mixed Ability : Mixed classes attract both beginners and advanced students. The classes are structured in a way that will help beginners to build upon their basic techniques and challenge the technical capabilities of the advanced students.

Advanced Class : Advanced classes are structured so that they are challenging and educational for all Muay Thai practitioners . These classes includes Muay Boran techniques and more advanced strategies.

 

Personal Training : One on one lessons are available upon request.

Starting Monday 15th October, we will be conducting classes at Gordano secondary School. All Students to our academy will be expected to regularly attend both session per week. This is to ensure the students fitness and abilities can be developed at a suitable realistic pace.

 

Mondays & Wednesdays

6.00 - 7.00 PM Juniors 8 - 13 yrs

7.00 - 8.00 PM Adults 13+ yrs
